You will receive an email with the confirmation of the reception of your abstract within 1 day, so please try to send it with some advantage on the deadline.

Please, indicate in your mail whether you prefer an oral presentation or a poster.

The abstract will appear in the conference programme and book of abstract, only if you register and pay the registration fee before the deadline: March 19th, 1:00 pm CET,

  • Guidelines for oral presentation:

Oral presentations will take place in the Le Benedettine. Speakers are allocated 20 minutes (15 minute presentation with 5 minutes for questions), except for the keynotes (25 min + 5 min). Talks will be run from a desktop PC and presenters should ensure that their talk is uploaded before their session starts. The presentations shall be prepared as Power Point or pdf files. A Power-Point presentations with slides in standard 4:3 format are encouraged.

  • Guidelines for poster presentation:

Two dedicated poster sessions will take place on Tuesday and on Thursday (all posters will be presented during both poster sessions), however they will be available next to the conference hall and may be discussed throughout the conference. Posters can be up to A0 size and in portrait format. The posters can be put up from the morning of Tuesday 26th May and should be removed after lunch on Friday 29th May.
